Frabo OS Community Guidelines

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Frabo OS Marketplace is built for trustworthy commerce between people, creators, and businesses. These Community Guidelines explain the standards we expect from everyone who lists, buys, sells, messages, reviews, or otherwise participates in Frabo OS Marketplace.

By using Marketplace features, you agree to follow these guidelines, our Terms, and any product-specific rules shown in the app. If a rule conflicts with local law or platform safety requirements, the stricter standard may apply.

Respect & Inclusion

Frabo OS should feel professional, safe, and welcoming.

  • Treat buyers, sellers, partners, and Frabo OS staff with respect.
  • Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, bully, or encourage harm against another person or business.
  • Do not discriminate or promote hate based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, medical condition, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, caste, or any other protected status.
  • Do not impersonate another person, business, public figure, government agency, or Frabo OS representative.
  • Do not share another person's private information, payment information, identity documents, location, messages, or account details without permission.
  • Keep reviews, disputes, and negotiations factual and focused on the transaction.

Prohibited Content

Listings, profiles, messages, reviews, attachments, and other Marketplace content may not include or promote:

  • Scams, fraud, phishing, fake giveaways, deceptive investment opportunities, pyramid schemes, or attempts to steal credentials or payment information.
  • Illegal goods or services, stolen property, counterfeit products, or products that infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Weapons, explosives, regulated firearms parts, or instructions for evading weapon restrictions.
  • Drugs, controlled substances, prescription-only products sold without authorization, or drug paraphernalia where prohibited.
  • Adult sexual services, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content involving minors in any sexualized context.
  • Hate content, extremist content, terrorist support, violent threats, or graphic violence posted for shock or intimidation.
  • Malware, spyware, credential harvesters, spam tools, bot services, or instructions to compromise systems.
  • Spam, misleading links, repetitive listings, keyword stuffing, artificial engagement, or manipulative ranking behavior.
  • Unsafe, recalled, restricted, or regulated items unless the seller is authorized and the listing meets all applicable rules.
  • Content that encourages off-platform payment scams, chargeback abuse, review manipulation, or evasion of Frabo OS safety systems.

Listing Rules

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and complete enough for a buyer to make an informed decision.

  • Use clear titles, honest descriptions, accurate pricing, and real availability.
  • Include material details such as condition, size, quantity, delivery method, service scope, restrictions, taxes, shipping costs, timelines, and refund terms when relevant.
  • Use your own photos, licensed images, or images you are authorized to use.
  • Do not list items you do not own, cannot provide, or are not authorized to sell.
  • Do not use bait-and-switch tactics, hidden fees, misleading discounts, fake urgency, or false scarcity.
  • Do not duplicate listings to manipulate search, recommendations, or category placement.
  • Place listings in the correct category and update or remove listings that are no longer available.
  • Honor the terms you publish unless the buyer agrees to a documented change.

Communication Rules

Marketplace communication should help complete safe and honest transactions.

  • Keep messages relevant to the listing, order, support request, or business relationship.
  • Do not pressure users to move conversations off Frabo OS to avoid safety, audit, escrow, billing, or dispute tools.
  • Do not request passwords, one-time codes, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.
  • Do not send abusive, sexual, threatening, discriminatory, or repeated unwanted messages.
  • Do not spam users with unrelated promotions, lead scraping, mass outreach, or automated messages without a legitimate transaction purpose.
  • Do not manipulate reviews, ask for fake reviews, retaliate over reviews, or offer compensation for dishonest feedback.

Enforcement & Reporting

Frabo OS may review Marketplace activity to protect users, businesses, and the platform.

  • We may remove listings, hide content, limit reach, pause payouts, cancel orders, require verification, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users or businesses.
  • Severe violations, repeat abuse, fraud, safety threats, chargeback abuse, or attempts to evade enforcement may lead to immediate removal.
  • Where appropriate, we may preserve records, cooperate with payment processors, respond to legal requests, or report suspected unlawful conduct.
  • Reports can be made through Marketplace reporting tools, support channels, or any in-product safety flow Frabo OS provides.
  • When reporting, include relevant listing links, order IDs, screenshots, messages, receipts, and a clear description of the issue.
  • We review reports in context. Not every unpleasant experience is a policy violation, but patterns of unsafe or deceptive behavior may still lead to action.

Updates to Guidelines

Marketplace standards may change as Frabo OS grows, new risks appear, or laws and partner requirements evolve.

  • We may update these guidelines from time to time.
  • Material updates may be reflected in the app, linked from signup, onboarding, Marketplace, or account flows.
  • Continued use of Marketplace features after an update means you agree to the updated guidelines.

If you are unsure whether a listing, message, or transaction is allowed, choose the safer path and contact Frabo OS support before proceeding.
