How Frabo OS uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites and applications, and the choices available to you.

This document is the baseline English-language version and applies worldwide. Where mandatory local law requires different or additional terms, a jurisdiction-specific addendum may apply and shall be presented where relevant. If a translation conflicts with this English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law. The summary above is provided for convenience only and does not form part of this document. Nothing in this document constitutes legal advice.

Section 1 — Scope

1.1 This Cookie Policy (this "Cookie Policy") explains how Frabo OS, a subsidiary of USRA, LLC ("Frabo"), uses cookies and similar technologies on frabo.ai and within the Service. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Section 2 — Definitions

2.1 "Cookies" are small text files placed on your device by a website. "Similar Technologies" include local storage, session storage, and pixels. References in this Cookie Policy to cookies include Similar Technologies.

2.2 "Session cookies" expire when the browser is closed; "persistent cookies" remain until they expire or are deleted. "First-party cookies" are set by Frabo; "third-party cookies" are set by another provider.

2.3 The Frabo Pixel, where installed on a website, sends events without setting cookies or using local storage.

Section 3 — Categories of Cookies Used

Frabo uses cookies in the following categories:

  • (a) Strictly Necessary: authentication sessions, security (including Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in and sign-up), load balancing, and fraud prevention. These are required for the core functions of the Service and cannot be disabled within the Service.
  • (b) Functional: theme preference (light or dark), post-sign-in redirect paths, and similar settings you select.
  • (c) Analytics (public marketing pages only, where enabled): optional measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Hotjar, used solely on public marketing pages to understand how those pages are used.

Section 4 — Third-Party Cookies

The following providers may set cookies in connection with the Service:

  • (a) Cloudflare, Inc. — security, content delivery, and Turnstile challenge cookies.
  • (b) Stripe, Inc. — checkout and billing session cookies when a payment is made.
  • (c) Google LLC and Hotjar Ltd. — only where analytics are enabled on public marketing pages.

Section 6 — Your Choices

6.1 You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from functioning.

6.2 You may also use browser "Do Not Track" settings or industry opt-out tools where available. To prevent analytics on public marketing pages, disable non-essential cookies in your browser or use the opt-out tools offered by the relevant analytics provider.

6.3 If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Frabo treats it as a choice of strictly necessary cookies only: analytics do not load and the cookie banner is not shown.

Section 7 — Duration

7.1 Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. The duration of authentication and preference cookies varies by feature.

Section 8 — Amendments

8.1 Frabo may amend this Cookie Policy when its tools or legal requirements change, and shall update the "Last updated" date above upon doing so.
