Who can open a Frabo account, who can take payments through it, and where we cannot offer it.

This policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Frabo OS Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this policy have the meanings given in the Terms. Where mandatory law applicable to you confers greater rights, those rights prevail. The summary above is provided for convenience only. Nothing herein constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

Section 1 — Minimum Age

1.1 A person must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in that person's jurisdiction if higher, to create an Account or to accept the Terms on behalf of a business.

1.2 The Service is a tool for operating a business and is not directed to children. Frabo does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under sixteen (16) years of age. Any person who believes that a child has created an Account or provided Personal Data should contact Frabo, and Frabo shall delete it.

1.3 Each Authorized User invited to an Account must also satisfy the requirements of this Section.

Section 2 — Capacity and Authority

2.1 A person who opens an Account for a company or other organisation represents and warrants that he or she is authorised to act for it and to accept the Terms on its behalf, and the organisation is bound by the Terms.

Section 3 — Accuracy of Information

3.1 Each user represents and warrants that all information provided to Frabo concerning that user and its business is true, accurate, and complete, and shall keep it current.

Section 4 — Eligibility to Accept Payments

4.1 To accept payments, issue pay links, or receive payouts through the Service, Customer must also satisfy Stripe's verification requirements for its country and business type, and its business must not appear on Stripe's list of restricted or prohibited businesses. That determination is made by Stripe, not Frabo, and Stripe may request additional information at any time.

Section 5 — Sanctions and Territorial Availability

5.1 The Service may not be used by any person located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or by any person identified on a U.S. government sanctions or restricted-party list.

5.2 Certain features, including payments, payouts, and particular integrations, may be unavailable in some countries because Frabo's providers do not support them there.

5.3 The Service is not currently offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. New Accounts cannot be opened from those countries, and Frabo does not direct its marketing there. A person located there shall not open an Account or represent that it is located elsewhere in order to do so.

Section 6 — Previously Terminated Accounts

6.1 A person whose Account Frabo has terminated for breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy shall not open a new Account without Frabo's prior written permission.
