Frabo OS Marketplace Trade Guarantee

Frabo OS Marketplace is built for **Frabo OS-to-Frabo OS trades** — purchases between verified Frabo OS members on the Frabo OS platform. The **Frabo OS Trade Guarantee** protects eligible transactions when Adam escrow completes and both parties are Frabo OS users.

What is covered

For eligible Frabo OS-to-Frabo OS orders:

  • **Item not received** after seller marks shipped and tracking shows non-delivery or fraud
  • **Significantly not as described** when buyer opens a dispute within 7 days of delivery confirmation
  • **Seller non-shipment** when no tracking is provided within the stated handling window

Frabo OS may refund the buyer from escrow, adjust Trust Scores, and restrict repeat offenders.

Frabo OS-only protections

These protections apply **only on Frabo OS Marketplace**:

  • **Frabo OS Trust Score** — built from Frabo OS trade history (not exportable)
  • **Frabo OS Trade Guarantee** — escrow-backed dispute resolution
  • **Network rewards** — Top Seller, Trusted Buyer badges, invite fee discounts, referral credits

Your reputation and trade history on Frabo OS **cannot be transferred** to third-party marketplaces.

Eligibility

To qualify:

1. Both buyer and seller must be active Frabo OS users 2. Payment must complete through Frabo OS checkout with Adam escrow enabled 3. Order status must reach **paid** before shipment 4. Disputes must include photos or tracking evidence within stated windows 5. Fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations void coverage

Limits

  • Maximum guarantee per order: **$2,500 USD** (or local equivalent at checkout)
  • Maximum claims per buyer: **3 per rolling 90 days**
  • Digital goods, prohibited items, and off-platform payments are excluded

How to file

1. Open the order in **Marketplace → My orders** 2. Select **Report issue** before confirming receipt 3. Adam reviews escrow evidence and Trust Score signals 4. Decisions typically within **3 business days**

Referrals & network rewards

  • Invite another Frabo OS user: **both receive 10% marketplace fee discount** (365 days)
  • When your invitee completes their first sale: **$50 marketplace credit** to you
