How Frabo recovers refunds
Adam’s Vendor Intelligence Engine scans your receipts and bank/card transactions for money you’re owed — overcharges, cancelled services still billing, charges outside what you agreed. Each becomes a case with a grounded, professional request drafted from your actual receipt: merchant, date, amount, order number.
You approve — then it sends
Nothing goes to a vendor automatically without your say-so. You review the draft, edit if you want, and approve. Frabo sends the email (or, for banks and card issuers, prepares a call script and can place the call after you allow it). Every step is logged and reversible where possible.
Grounded, never fabricated
Frabo does not invent a vendor’s refund policy or a number. If the data isn’t there, it says so. Requests are built from your verified receipt facts, which is exactly what makes them credible to a vendor.

Does Frabo send refund requests automatically?
No. Frabo drafts everything and sends only after you approve. On the Auto tier it can act hands-free for contacts you’ve confirmed, but external contact is always something you’ve opted into.
How does Frabo know I’m owed a refund?
It reads your real receipts and transactions — duplicate charges, cancelled-but-still-billing subscriptions, overcharges — and flags them. It never guesses a vendor policy.
